HISTORY
The Design Review Board held a duly noticed public hearing on July 18, 2002, and heard and considered testimony from interested persons. The Design Review Board found that the proposed glass railing is inconsistent with the Guiding Principles of Site Plan and Architectural Review and inconsistent with the conditions of approval for the BCDC permit associated with the property. Therefore the Board directed Staff to draft a resolution of denial for the appeal regarding the proposed glass railing.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board adopt the attached resolution denying the appeal.
