SUMMARY

On September 5, 2002, the Design Review Board considered a request for Design Review approval for the construction of a new single-family dwelling on property located at 21 Gilmartin Drive. After considering the application and considering public testimony regarding this request, the Board denied this application, and directed Staff to prepare a resolution memorializing this decision. The requested resolution has been prepared and is attached.

RECOMMENDATION

 It is recommended that the Design Review Board adopt the attached resolution denying this application.
