BACKGROUND

This item was continued from the meeting of July 10, 2001 in order for Commissioner Zender to have an opportunity to contribute to the discussion. The Commission essentially combined the discussion of its individual lists with the Proposition 12 lists developed last year.

Meanwhile, Jim Fraser has joined the Commission and may wish to participate.

Please find attached the materials from the July 10^th meeting for your information and use. Lists from the three Commissioners present at the July 10^th meeting are contained in the minutes of that meeting at the front of this packet.

RECOMMENDATION

Commissioners Zender and Fraser should provide their lists.
