SUMMARY
A proposal has been made for an amendment to a precise development plan (the Cypress Hollow Precise Development Plan) for property located at 65 Monterey Drive (Lot 43), to exempt a portion of this property from the Non-Development Private Open Space Agreement for this subdivision. At the February 12, 2003 meeting, the Planning Commission directed Staff to prepare a resolution denying this application. The draft resolution has been prepared and is attached.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt the draft resolution denying the requested amendment to the Cypress Hollow Precise Development Plan.
