CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Slavitz called the special meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2002, in Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, California.

The Council discussed Town Manager McIntyre’s performance over the past year and provided him with feedback.

The Council then reconvened in open session.

None.

REGULAR AGENDA

1) Recommendation by Town Manager – Authorize Mayor to Execute Amendment to Town Manager’s Employment Agreement and Promissory Note

Council unanimously approved the recommendation.

There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, Mayor Slavitz adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m., sine die.
