TOWN COUNCIL/STAFF RETREAT

CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Slavitz called the special meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2003, at the Caprice Restaurant, 2000 Paradise Drive, Tiburon, California.

PRESENT: EX OFFICIO: Town Manager McIntyre, Town Attorney Danforth, Director of Community Development Anderson, Senior Planner Watrous, Advance Planner Bryant, Director of Public Works Echols, Superintendent of Public Works Iacopi, Director of Administrative Services McVeigh, Administrative and Financial Analyst Stott, Chief of Police Odetto, Police Lt. Hutton, Town Clerk Crane Iacopi

Administrative and Financial Analyst Stott gave a power point presentation showing Town operating budget trends and projections, and answered questions from the Council. Town Manager McIntyre then led a discussion which centered on revenue enhancement ideas for the coming year, along with Town Council and Staff goals.

There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, Mayor Slavitz adjourned the Town Council/Staff Retreat at 7:00 p.m., to the next regular meeting of the Town Council on February 5, 2003.
